Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your best chance to make a great first impression on buyers before they enter your house. The pluses and minuses that jump out at buyers create their initial perception of your house and how you upkeep house's regular maintenance.
Knowing this helps us to choose what measures we can take to invite buyers from the street and into your house. If your home isn't attractive on the outside with touched up paint and colorful garden plants we'll need to tackle those as well. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and add dollars to your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Can buyers see themselves enjoying game night in your living area, reading a good book in your reading nook or getting work done in your home office? We want your home to welcome buyers and offer them a sense of easy living. I'll help you achieve this by suggesting changes that enhance your home's features.
I'll suggest that you eliminate anything that gives the appearance of clutter. Counter tops should be free and clear. Brick-a-brack, sentimental items, family photos, and refrigerator drawings should get moved out of sight. We need to "de-personalize" the house so buyers can perceive it as their new place.
I'll review every room of your home. Changes that directly impact your dollars include easy-to-fix items like pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need fresh paint, carpet that needs to be replaced, fixtures that need replacing, and windows that need washing
Potential buyers want a property that charms them. Decor that could be "offensive" should go into storage in order for your property to have likability at every showing.

Setting the Stage
You'll know when your house is ready to show your home, because all of the changes come together to set the stage for what buyers will expect after they choose to buy your house. To counteract darkness is a mood changer and we'll open curtains, and change light bulbs where needed to show off your property. We'll enhance the air of the house with enjoyable music playing softly and make sure a delightful fragrance circulates room-to-room. We'll add cozy-looking bedspreads, and place pillows on your couch and bedding. We want buyers to feel like your current house has the potential to be. |
